One Day Lone Star Workshop

Still going strong! Yes, you can stitch a large 35" Lone Star block in a day without fussy y-seams. All rotary cut using the 45 degree line on your acrylic ruler. Small and large triangles square up the diamonds and it all goes together quickly.

This is a 6 HOUR class! Email me for Class Supply List and with any questions: kratovil@his.com

One Day Lone Star using set-in seams

Here is my quilt before quilting and adding the optional bias:

One Day Lone Star with seams in corners and sides

And after adding the bias (an optional treatment):

And 1/2 of my Modern Lone Star with solids (my class sample).

Half Lone Star in solids

And one more sample from one of my students using the bias in one of the corners:

We cut the diamonds with a a standard acrylic ruler. And the outer fabrics with a square ruler - no templates!
