As I
posted last week on the introduction of my crazy personal challenge to myself in 2002 to sew a block a day for the year (no - I never made it!), I indicated that I would reveal more of the January blocks AND make the GIVEAWAY the entire set of 31 blocks and the companion fabrics. Here are more of those blocks. In your comment, let me know which one you like the best out of this batch. Rules for the winning are listed at the end.
First, here are the companion fabrics and block parts for finishing the quilt (good luck to you!)

OK. I'm tired! It's time for you to vote. Select your favorite from the 8 blocks here.
The Giveaway
OK. You've come this far for the blocks for the second week of January.
How can you win all of the 31 blocks (including these second 7)? Each
week I will post about another 7 or so blocks;
vote for your favorite block in the group, only once.
You can come back the next week and vote for the second batch, and so
on. The final week I will have a drawing from all the comments. You get
to put your name in 4 times for 4 chances to win. (No more than 4; I
will purge the list.)
If you missed last week's post, you can still comment. (
Click here to visit that page.) The contest is open until January 31. But remember, only one vote per group of blocks.
You MUST be a follower. If I draw your name and discover you are not a
follower, I will pick another name (it's my party and I make up the
rules).

ReplyDeleteTo the "unknown" and no-reply commenters. You need to check your own settings in your Google email accounts. If you truly do not want to reveal your identity, then that's ok. But if you want to be considered for prizes, you have to make those changes in your own account OR just leave your email in the comment box. Honest! I don't sell or rent or give away my email lists!
