Block a Day, Part 4 & Giveaway
Contest was over at midnight. I am choosing a winner today. Cross your fingers and pray hard!
This is the last posting of the remaining 31 blocks in my crazy personal challenge from 2002 when I set out to sew a block a day for a year. Read my first posting, my second posting, and my third posting here.) I only got through March, but I had a great time. Remember, you can vote on these as to your favorite and I will select a winner on the last day. What? You mean I can win all of these blocks and the rest of the fabrics? You got it! They've been sitting in a box for 11 years and I think I've seen the writing on the wall - they need to go to a good, loving home! Vote for your favorite in the comments.
Here are the remaining blocks and, yes, I'm exhausted. These blocks need and want a good home!
THE GIVEAWAY:
How can you win all of the 31 blocks? Vote for your favorite block in each group, only once. You can vote each time I have posted blocks (up to 4 times). The final week I will have a drawing from all the comments. You get to put your name in 4 times for 4 chances to win. (No more than 4; I will purge the list.)
You MUST be a follower. If I draw your name and discover you are not a follower, I will pick another name (it's my party and I make up the rules).
If you are new to this, I am not crazy. The blocks need a good home. A few of them, alas, have little rust spots from the pins that have sat in them, but that's your situation WINNER!
The contest ends Monday, February 4 at midnight. I will take a day or two to wade through all the comment lists. Remember, your vote only counts for the prize if you're a follower.

I am still loving all the blocks but I think Country French is my favorite from this group. I just love the color combination and fabric in that block.
ReplyDeleteLove all, but I love the January 30 block the best. And not just because it was my birthday.
ReplyDeleteOh Debby! I think these blocks are the prettiest of them all. It is really hard to choose just one. I think I would probably choose the Country French block simply for the colors. But I love all the untiled blocks as well. Thank you so much for the wonderful giveaway. Someone will be a very lucky person to win these.
ReplyDeleteAlthough they are all lovely I think the January 31 Baby basket block is my favorite. I love the simplicity of it, and I really love the fabric choice you made. It is soft and gentle and really fits the theme of the block.
