Happy New Year with Quilter's Block a Day Calendar

Patricia B. from Australia took it upon herself last January to make and post EVERY SINGLE BLOCK in my perpetual calendar. And she did it, all the way through to December 31. I was truly both amazed and humbled. Would you like to see the first week's worth? And I'll try to share the rest as the year rolls along.

These are from the Quilter's Block a Day Calendar, available through Amazon and Martingale Publishing. Even better, check with your local quilt shop. This is a perpetual calendar (not tied to any calendar year).

January 1: Happy New Year (9")

January 2: Four Leaf Clover (9")

January 3: Bay Leaf Corners (9")

January 4: Black and White (12")

January 5: Capital T (6")

January 6: Prairie Flower (8")

January 7: Facets of Color (9")

  8. One of these things is not like the others ... because I recognize it as the basis for a calendar girl baby quilt I made last year - loved it, to! What a lovely thing she's done and how nice for you to know about it. Thanks for sharing! Her photography is amazing. She's multi-talented. =)
