Just in time for Summer! Tropical Dreaming is made with the Isla Collection by Windham Fabrics. Don't you love these fabrics?!
This is a perfect way to showcase some beautiful fabric in the center, which finishes to 14" x 14".
I made this once before using a collection influenced by Ernest Hemingway. I designed this in 2010 for Windham.
